Why Abcom
The big providers bill per user. We charge for how many calls you take at once, and we answer our own phone.
Most phone companies make you call for a quote. Ours are published above, and the calculator shows your exact monthly bill.
No call center and no overseas support queue. When you call, you reach the person who set up your system.
No proprietary lock-in. After your first year, if you decide to leave, we hand over your complete phone system configuration so you can take it with you.

Getting set up
Keep your existing phone numbers. We handle the transfer at no charge. It typically takes 10–14 days.
Our technicians install on-site in the Philadelphia area. Prefer to do it yourself? The phones arrive ready to plug in.
Our Grandstream phones and adapters come set up and ready to go; equipment is priced separately. You can also use your own compatible SIP phones or a softphone app. You configure your own devices, or we can do it for an extra fee.
E911 sends your office address to emergency dispatchers when someone dials 911. It's $6 a month per number.
